1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Relocation Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our elite advisory and luxury concierge services are designed for international families transitioning to London, and your engagement with our platform or consultants constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Service Provision
Relocation Coaching provides bespoke London mapping blueprints and 1-on-1 virtual consulting sessions. While we strive for absolute precision in our neighborhood mapping, all advisory content is provided for informational and lifestyle guidance purposes and does not substitute for legal or formal real estate brokerage services. 3. Privacy Policy Your sensitive client data, including your contact information, booking history, and detailed consultation notes, is stored within a secure environment. This information is utilized solely for the delivery of our relocation advisory services and is never sold to any third parties. We may only disclose data to trusted partners when absolutely necessary for service delivery, ensuring all appropriate safeguards are strictly maintained. 4. Limitation of Liability Relocation Coaching offers non-binding advisory guidance only. We provide no guarantees regarding visa approvals, property tenancy outcomes, school placements, or any external third-party decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relocation Coaching and its consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellations
We respect the time and high-level commitment of our elite clientele. To maintain our standard of excellence, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of 1-on-1 Zoom consulting sessions. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a full session fee charge.
Mapping Blueprint Policy
Due to the bespoke nature and high degree of personalization involved in our neighborhood mapping blueprints, these products are non-refundable once the mapping process has commenced. We are committed to your family's satisfaction and will work closely with you during consulting sessions to refine your blueprint to your exact specifications.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Relocation Coaching, we are committed to providing an elite, high-touch consultation experience. Due to the bespoke nature of our London neighborhood mapping and 1-on-1 strategic consulting sessions, we maintain a specific cancellation protocol to ensure the highest level of service for all our international clients.
Service Cancellations
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund of the session fee. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost to cover prep time and administrative overhead.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for mapping blueprints are not available once the digital assets have been delivered, as these represent intellectual property and customized research specific to your family requirements. For 1-on-1 coaching sessions, if you are unsatisfied with the session, please contact your consultant within 24 hours of completion for an assessment of your claim.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that international travel and relocation timelines can be fluid. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking, provided 24 hours notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a small administrative fee.
